It really depends on the specific injuries that the person has sustained. A good starting place, if you haven’t already checked it out, might be the medical terms section of my vocab list here. There’s a bunch of equipment and medicine listed there other than bacta, although bacta is normally a staple of medical treatment and is used in many other products.
If your character is bleeding to death, bacta will probably not be a first step in their treatment/stabilization. Although I don’t know what piece of equipment you’re referring to in the comics (you’re welcome to submit/message me a picture, if you like) I would guess that it may be some sort of tourniquet. Some tourniquets (such as the SGB-543) could apply micro-repulsor fields in specific places to stop internal bleeding, as opposed to various other bandages, coagulants and cauterizers, which stopped external bleeding. Depending on the exact type of wound, different methods would be used to do this; there are circumstances where cauterization is not appropriate, for example, and tourniquets are not necessarily always a good idea, especially if they must be improvised. I’m not a real-life medical expert, though, so you may want to take a look through @scriptmedic‘s blog, since they have answered questions on the topic.
If there is no significant bleeding (e.g., in the case of a lightsaber wound) but the character is still in critical condition, they would usually be kept in a bacta tank. Bacta is used as sort of a cure-all because it helps regenerate damaged cells, but it takes time to work and the character may need additional life support while they heal. Transporting someone in this sort of condition would be very risky, but could be made possible for short periods of time (for instance, until they got to a ship with a medbay) if there’s a medpac or medkit on hand. Since many ships, even small ones, could be fitted with decent medbays including a medical droid and/or diagnostic computer, that may be a good first stop for your characters. You can find a bit more detail on that in this post.
As for real-life medicine, there’s no reason you can’t revert to more simple, low-tech treatments in a pinch. However, many of these simpler treatments have different names or alternative versions in-universe, so taking a look through the vocab list and Wookieepedia may help.
Though they did have their own investigators with jurisdiction spanning most of the galaxy, when trying to track someone down the Empire was often known to employ bounty hunters. All of these sorts of investigations were carried out by the Imperial Office of Criminal Investigations. There’s a lot of information there, so I would suggest reading through that. Take special note of the Imperial Enforcement DataCore and the Imperial Peace-Keeping Certificates; this should all give you an idea of how the Empire does business with registered and unregistered bounty hunters.
I hope that helps! If you’ve got any follow-up questions, feel free to ask!

I am absolutely not getting involved in a debate over whether or not any user holds bigoted beliefs. I took a quick look through their blog and found one use of the t-slur and the word “bihets”, among other sentiments which I do not agree with and won’t support. I would encourage you guys to go find out for yourselves whether or not you agree with the content they post. Unless someone has vital information, this is the last ask I’ll be answering about the topic. If you really feel the need to keep discussing, you’re welcome to message me.

You’re right, sorry my bad. I’ve deleted the post. Thanks for letting me know!

I don’t believe there is a canonical answer to this question, but his design does look quite a bit like a Sith. I would guess that was intentional, especially given his age, but to me it seems more like a nod to Legends than something with in-universe meaning. What do you guys think?

I’ve sketched out some very rough possible borders for you, but this is totally open to interpretation and I did not take the time to go through every possible planet. I have brief explanations for the planets I did mark out on the map, and those are under the cut because it got a bit long. These borders would essentially represent the biggest likely area that the Imperial Remnant was required to stay within.

Since the screenshot doesn’t have every planet labelled, here’s a map to help you interpret it. New Republic planets are the green dots, Imperial ones are the red.
For the innermost boundaries, we know that Coruscant and Hosnian Prime canonically fall within the New Republic’s borders. It’s a bit hard to make guesses as to the rest of the border, but Corellia, Alderaan, Chandrila, Ganthel, and Velusia are also New Republic worlds or have worked closely with the New Republic and historically did not support the Empire, so the Empire’s territory likely avoids these systems. While Kuat was later represented in the New Republic’s Senate, at the time of the Concordance it was likely still considered an Imperial world. Fondor was taken by the New Republic shortly before the Battle of Jakku. Kalist has little information in canon, but it seems to have remained under Imperial control for at least a while, since they had a penal colony on the world. Byss belonged to the Imperial Remnant in Legends, so I’ve gone off of that as well. Questal was likely still an Imperial world. Carida may have been New Republic, because the Empire was forced to abandon their Academies. I’m guessing that Vulpter would belong to the New Republic due to its involvement with the Trade Federation. Xa Fel was lost to the New Republic at some point, so I’ve included it within their territory. Giju and Ghorman joined the New Republic in Legends. Kiffu, Ojom, and Byss were Imperial worlds in Legends.
As for the Inner Rim boundaries, we know that Jakku belonged to the Imperial Remnant. Jedha may have joined the NR after the Galactic Civil War. Yag’Dhul, Atzerri, Kooriva, Taanab, Champala, Shili and Bogden joined the NR in Legends. Denon and Exodeen were likely still Imperial at the time. Manaan’s alliance is unclear at this time, but since it is near the edge of the Inner Rim and has valuable resources I believe the NR would want it for itself. I’ve given Onderon to the NR because of its sympathies with the Rebel Alliance. Obroa-skai, Corsin and Bilbringi still belonged to the Empire in Legends.
Again, these are rough and open to interpretation, and keep in mind that the New Republic was supposedly not prohibited from entering the Empire’s borders. But I hope that helps a bit!

There’s no reason it couldn’t work at least decently, given the basic functions of the mask and goggles Kel Dor normally wear offworld. The suit would have to be completely airtight and filled with the composite gases of Dorin’s atmosphere, including helium. There would have to be some sort of amplifier inside the suit, because otherwise the Kel Dor would be forced to shout to be heard. The issue would then be that a suit of this nature would likely be pretty bulky and heavy. If the air is going to be contained inside a suit rather than a mask, then every part of the body has to remain covered at all times, which means no touchscreens or fingerprint scans, and likely very little fine motor control. Practically, it definitely would not make more sense than the standard mask and goggles, but that doesn’t mean you can’t do it. Perhaps the suit was chosen over the mask for a specific reason, like cost or a disability?
I hope that helps!

I’m going to point you to this category intersection on Wookieepedia of planet stubs and terrestrial planets. It’ll give you a bunch of short articles on planets that have a good chance of being somewhat Earth-like. Obviously there are a ton of options, but with so little information on each planet and without knowing what you intend to do with it, it’s a bit hard to recommend any in particular. It may also be helpful to search through the planets tag on this blog.
If it’s not so important that the planet actually exists in canon, you may prefer to design one yourself. (By coincidence, I’m working on a random planet generator for this blog right now, but as I’m still trying to get all the code to cooperate I can link you to the stuff I usually use instead.) Here’s the planet name generator I default to (note that the names often benefit from a bit of modification), here’s a map to help you place the planet, approximate travel times between territories, and of course Wookieepedia for inspiration.
I hope that helps!

(I believe you sent this ask twice, so I’ll just answer the one.) I’m not super familiar with D&D so I may have simply missed a reference to it, but I am not aware of any game that resembles it in-universe. If anyone knows otherwise, please correct me! There’s no reason you can’t make one up, though, or if you want a canonical game for them to play you could take a look through the games category on Wookieepedia.

Sorry this took so long, my notifications seem to be going weird! Yes, there are instances where a Padawan’s Master has died while they lived. Bant Eerin would be one example; her Master, Tahl, was killed during a mission. She did have time to grieve before Kit Fisto offered to continue her training and she accepted. This seems to be standard procedure, but there will likely be exceptions made for special circumstances. During wartime, for example, when it’s all-hands-on-deck and the Padawan has forces to lead.
Hope that helps!
